Five Modules for indepth training and certification afterwards will
Approach (fellow students and engage in casual conversation)
Assess (fellow student is ready to pursue a path to their career and life success)
Accelerate (fellow student is taken through seven steps of preparation for receiving Career Services offerings)
Module 1: Review of 17 modules with the E-portfolio and experience noted.
Module 2: Communication with active listening, non-judgmental, openness, and compassion.
Module 3: Research with AI understanding the ethical and critical implications.
Module 4: Servant Leadership - understanding and appreciating the need to go the extra mile when on behalf of a fellow student.
Module 5: The journey is the reward --- be willing to meet the fellow student whereever they happen to be on the career pathway to prosperity and help them map out the steps to having an occupation they do what they love, and love what they do.
